Cassie Jorgensen & Marc de Voogd join Quantum Delta NL
We are pleased to announce two new additions strengthening our work across the Dutch quantum ecosystem.
Cassie Jorgensen has joined as Communications & Content Manager. With extensive experience supporting B2B technology brands and scale‑ups in the Benelux and Canada, she will lead a renewed content strategy and help share stories, milestones, and developments from across the quantum community.

Marc de Voogd has started as Challenge‑Based Programme Manager. Bringing a background in physics, systems engineering, deep‑tech manufacturing, and sales, as well as experience leading a foundry pilot line, Marc will shaoe the long‑term ambitions into focused, time‑bound programmes with clear economic relevance. He also recently contributed to the Dutch Quantum Valley proposal featured in the Wennink Report.
