Help Shape the Dutch Response to Europe’s Quantum Strategy

On 2 July 2025, the European Commission published the Quantum Europe Strategy. A major step in shaping Europe’s future in quantum technologies. The strategy outlines a shared vision to make Europe a global leader in quantum computing, communication, sensing, and skills. It sets out five strategic areas and introduces new funding instruments, infrastructure plans, and governance mechanisms to accelerate progress.

At Quantum Delta NL, we welcome this development. A strong European strategy can boost innovation, strengthen our ecosystem, and help secure Europe’s technological sovereignty. And to make this work, it’s essential that the Dutch quantum community is actively involved.

The Netherlands has a unique position in quantum: world-class research, a vibrant startup scene, and a collaborative ecosystem. Now is the time to ensure that our national strengths and priorities are reflected in the EU’s plans and that we help shape how the strategy is implemented. Your voice matters!
