The Ministry of Economic Affairs is encouraging Dutch entrepreneurs, knowledge institutions, and research organisations to establish R&D collaborations with innovative partners from the United Kingdom through this call. These collaborations focus on the development, prototyping, and testing of quantum technology. Dutch knowledge institutions may participate as project partners, unless the Dutch consortium includes at least one Dutch company. Project partners from the United Kingdom can receive funding if they meet the rules and conditions of their national funding body (UK Research and Innovation).

The application process runs from September 15 - October 28, 2025. An online information session will be held on Monday the 22nd of September, register here.
