Quantum Delta NL (QDNL) is the national initiative driving the development of a world-class quantum technology ecosystem in the Netherlands. PHASE 3 PLAN
QDNL is entering Phase 3 (2025–2028) to accelerate quantum technology from research to real-world applications. Building on a strong ecosystem of science, talent and start-ups, this phase focuses on productisation, commercialisation and manufacturing readiness, which is essential for our global competitiveness. With Phase 3, QDNL is ready to capitalise on past successes, accelerate innovation and empower the next generation of quantum technologies. This drives economic impact and shapes a future where the Netherlands remains at the forefront of quantum advancements.
National Programme
Three programmes, all with their own focus on a key frontier of quantum technology. That is what QDNL is working on. This enables researchers, entrepreneurs, and industry leader to collaborate effectively and drive real-world breakthroughs.
Delta Hubs
With Quantum Delta hubs in Delft, Amsterdam, Leiden, Eindhoven, and Twente we form a strong quantum ecosystem throughout the Netherlands. Five vibrant innovation hubs where we unite regional strengths, to drive breakthroughs and collaboration.
